Today's job was deep cleaning over 700 square feet of pitted tile
and grout in the Serrano community of El Dorado Hills CA.

Today's job was in the Heritage Community in El Dorado Hills
cleaning tile and grout in one of the newer homes built there.
The grout was never sealed after the tile was installed so once the new homeowners
had their housekeepers clean the floors with a mop all the dirty mop water
from the tile was absorbed into the fresh grout lines.
I was called out to clean about 900 square feet of this plank-styled tile and grout
to get the grout back to normal for my client.

It's very important to seal new grout as it is extremely porous
and will absorb any liquid the first chance it gets which can permanently stain
your new grout in your home depending on what is used to clean your floors.

9-18-21 A Little More Than Just Tile Cleaning

This job was done in the Blackstone neighborhood in El Dorado Hills
for a homeowner that needed more than just tile cleaning work done.
They also needed a few areas with carpet re-stretched that had developed wrinkles
and they wanted all the areas with carpet downstairs cleaned.

The first thing I did was take care of all the carpet stretching and repairs.
Then I cleaned all the carpeted areas because the carpet takes longer to dry
than the tile floors.

The last service was to clean all the tile and grout areas downstairs which was
mostly the kitchen and dining room area and an entryway.

All this work went by fairly quickly and took less than 3 hours to complete everything.
