Today's job was cleaning carpets for a repeat client of mine in Rocklin CA. I did multiple carpet repairs in this home back in 2018 when this homeowner listed their home as a rental. The tenants ended their lease and had tracked grease throughout the home leaving multiple dark black areas on the carpets.

They hired a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets and that company offered differently priced cleaning packages with one of them being a higher priced 'deep cleaning' that did not offer a guarantee on the cleaning.

The homeowner decided to go with the regular cleaning that the company offered and the grease spots did not come out, so they asked if I could help.

Today's job was cleaning all the open areas of carpet in this newer home in Rocklin CA in the Whitney Ranch area.

This home was built in 2021 so this was the first time this carpet was being cleaned for the homeowner. There were a few areas with pet accidents that needed to be pre-treated before cleaning and everything came out looking great.

The carpet that is mostly used in these newer homes is a builder's grade polyester which only has a lifespan between 5-10 years before it needs to be replaced.

Some of the traffic areas on the stairway and main walkways were already showing signs of wear and tear (crushed down/matted/darker areas) so with this type of carpet it's recommended to vacuum frequently and get the carpets cleaned at least 2 times a year to get the most life out of your carpet before needing to replace.
